Free Shipping

Vital Health offers free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. No minimum order required.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your delivery status through the carrier's website.

Vital Health ships via USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on your location and selected shipping method.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Vital Health is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please:

  2. Contact the carrier directly

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Vital Health is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at support@vitalhealthco.net before your order ships.

At this time, Vital Health ships within the United States only. International shipping is not currently available.
