We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all Vital Health products. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, contact us within 30 days of your purchase date and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email us at support@vitalhealthco.net within 30 days of your purchase
  2. Include your order number and reason for the return
  3. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with instructions

Return Conditions

  • You do not need to return the product to receive a refund
  • Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date
  • Only one refund per customer per product

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3–5 business days to appear on your statement

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@vitalhealthco.net with a photo of the item and your order number. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Subscription Orders

If you are on a subscription plan and wish to cancel, please contact us at support@vitalhealthco.net before your next renewal date. Refunds are not issued for subscription orders that have already been charged and shipped.
